Proverbs 30:15-17

¹⁵ The leech has two daughters: Give! Give!
Three things are never satisfied.
Four never say, “Enough!”:
¹⁶ the grave,
    a closed womb,
    land that is never satisfied with water,
    and fire that never says, “Enough!”

¹⁷ An eye that mocks its father
and despises the obedience due its mother—
ravens of the valley will peck it out,
and young vultures will eat it.
